Why do we grind our spices in-house….

When you buy spices pre-milled the volatiles, oils and aromatics are lost due to the high heat and temperature. We slow roast the spices on top of our clay oven, and grind them freshly in-house to ensure you are served the freshest and the most refined flavours.
